Welcome to InfraZen’s website (https://infrazen.co.uk). By using this site and engaging with any of our services (as described below), you (“you”, “Client”, “Visitor”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy and other relevant policies.
1. Who we are
InfraZen Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales whose registered office is at The Collingwood Buildings, 38 Collingwood Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 1JF, United Kingdom.
2. Scope of these Terms
2.1 These Terms apply to the Discovery Call, Penetration Testing Discovery Call, Technology Alignment Workshop, IT Audit and Data Security Audit services (“Initial Services”) that we provide via our website or by arrangement.
2.2 These Terms do not apply to our managed services offerings, “ZenCore Fusion” and "ZenCore Prime". Those services are subject to a separate contract and Managed Services Agreement, and those terms will govern that relationship exclusively.
2.3 Our website is provided for general informational purposes, to book services, make enquiries and for you to engage with us. Use of the website is also subject to these Terms.
3. Using the website
3.1 You may access, view, download or print content from the website for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright, trade mark and other proprietary notices intact.
3.2 You must not misuse our website (for example by hacking, altering content, distributing malware or interfering with any part of the site).
3.3 We may suspend or withdraw the website (or parts of it) without notice.
4. Booking services & payments
4.1 When you request one of the Initial Services, we may ask you to complete an online form, provide contact details and agree to any required payment terms.
4.2 Payment terms for the Initial Services will be communicated at the time of booking and may include a fee or deposit.

6. Our obligations & disclaimers

6.2 However, we provide the website and services as is, and we exclude or limit liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or our services (except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
6.3 We will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, business interruption or loss of goodwill.
6.4 Any third-party links or materials on our website are provided for convenience only – we do not endorse them and accept no liability for them.
7. Termination & breach by the client
7.1 If you breach these Terms, fail to pay, provide required cooperation or otherwise act contrary to your obligations, we may immediately terminate the service or suspend it until the breach is remedied.
7.2 For the separate managed services contracts (ZenCore Fusion and ZenCore Prime), you agree that in the event of your breach, we may require immediate payment of the remaining contract value until the agreed initially end-date, and the contract will then terminate. (That clause will be in the separate agreement.)
8. Intellectual property
All content on our website (including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, downloads) is owned or licensed by InfraZen Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
9. Digital communications & media
We may communicate with you by email, telephone, video call or other digital methods. You agree that we may do so in relation to our services, bookings, follow-ups and marketing (if you have opted in). We cannot guarantee that digital communications will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you accept this risk.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. You and we irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
11. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on the website and indicate the “Last updated” date. By continuing to use the website or engage services after changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
